1. Pantai Cenang Beach

Beaches have to be the most beautiful attractions of an island. Pantai Cenang Beach is the most developed beach in Langkawi spreading over hundreds of miles. 2. Oriental Village

The village itself is bewitching especially after the rain when it’s all green. You get to see some animals and there are fine eating options here. But the main attraction of this village is the Langkawi Cable Car. Brace yourself for an exciting cable car ride stopping at two stops on the mountain. The view from the cable car is heavenly as it is a portrait of islands and greenery. Drink a hot cup of tea at a height of 1200 meters or sip a cool drink and enjoy the scenic view. Because it’s usually very cloudy, you can see much but being at this height is itself fascinating.

3. Underwater World

If you’re interested in sea life then head for underwater world which is the island’s best-known attractions. More than 200 species of sea creatures are found at this aquarium including seals, sharks, penguins etc. This aquarium is divided into 3 sections, Tropical rain forest, Temperate, and Sub-Antartic. There’s also a 3D theatre over here which features a film about a fish which turned into a fossil. This is an exceptional fun place for the whole family.
